Triumph

"Monumental #01 - Triumph", a contemporary twist to imitate classical monuments found at Plazas in cities through the use of contemporary forms, materials, and state-of-art technologies. Through the erection of this commemorative piece at the seaside of Cottesloe, the artist would like to offer a symbolic monument to address the Covid-19 pandemic of our time. The sunlight of the summer in the day will glorify the Horse Sculpture through its kaleidoscope-like mirror finished surface, while at night the projected light on the surrounded ground will turn the sculpture into the Beacon of Hope.
